Where do we ship and shipping cost?
We ship locally, nationwide and internationally.
The local shipment within the municipality of Monterrey (except for Carretera Nacional and the Cumbres area) costs $70.00 (Seventy Pesos 00/100 Mx. Cy.), plus VAT.
The local shipment for the rest of the municipalities of the Monterrey urban area (excluding Monterrey), Carretera Nacional and Cumbres area costs $120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Pesos 00/100 Mx. Cy.), plus VAT.
With regard to International shipments, Micheline shall not be liable for the payment of any applicable importation taxes and duties and customs clearance procedures. For international shipments, delivery timeframes may vary for reasons not attributable to Micheline House.
Can I pick up my order directly at the store?
Yes, at checkout our system will give you the option for selecting shipping by courier or pick up at store.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
The estimated time frame for processing orders of existing finished product (Shop) is of 3-5 working days; as of this estimated time frame, your product will be shipped and you should receive it within the timeframe set by the corresponding shipping carrier.
The estimated time frame for processing orders of personalized product is of
10-15 working days; as of this estimated time frame, your product will be shipped and you should receive it within the timeframe set by the corresponding shipping carrier.
The estimated time frame for processing orders related to Weddings and social events and similar products of our menu is of 20-30 working days; as of this estimated time frame, your product will be shipped and you should receive it within the timeframe set by the corresponding shipping carrier.
What can I do if I do not receive my order?

What can I do if my order arrived damaged, defective or opened?
Our products are subject to a rigurous quality control and are packaged to warrant their arrival in optimal condition.

Because our products are created through a high quality artisian process which requires an extremely delicated handling at our workshop, we cannot accept changes to any order.

At our physical store as well as online, you can find products from selected brand curated by our team.
We also offer MICHELINE products designed by our creative design team and custom made at our workshop by our talented artisans. We use prime quality materials transformed by our specialized machinery designed for each of the finishes we offer.

At MICHELINE HOUSE we offer an array of finishes such as letterpress, blind embossing, hot stamping, thermography printing, among others.
